How To Understand Supply And Demand as Applied To Bulls and Bears

Well as stock market for beginners you will always see examples being given of a particular stock or the market as in a bullish phase and the sometimes in a bearish phase.

As in the real world everything is based on the supply and demand . You see the prices of crude going up because there is demand from the countries like India and China.

So the price of a particular stock will go up because there is demand an why the stock will go up because there is some good news coming for the stock and that will usually mean that there is huge demand . So huge demand means less supply as people who are holding this stock are not willing to sell so that means bullish phase and more demand and hence the demand and supply situation.

Bulls and bears also means someone is optimistic about the stock or the market or someone is pessimistic about the stock or the market.

It is this supply and demand situation which causes the stock market variations and money to be made by people.
